Arty wasn’t always evil. Once a cheerful face-painter at children’s parties, something snapped after a prank gone wrong left him humiliated and alone. He disappeared into the shadows of Clown Town, only to return with a twisted sense of artistry and a brand-new medium..........blood.
Now he roams again, leaving crimson streaks wherever he “paints.” His brush never dries, and his laughter? It echoes long after he’s gone.
